Dillenburg housing and business premises

The two closed building blocks near the Dillenburgstraat are the northernmost point of Rotterdam-Zuid. The view of the Meuse and of the Nassauhavenpark on the other side resulted in a development for the more expensive market segment. Together with the old buildings requiring quality renovation, the new construction must protect the historical atmosphere; hence the set-up with stacked upstairs and downstairs housing in urban walls of 4 and even 6 storeys high; a mix of residential, working and business premises.
