Piet Grouls (1958) has been a board member with architecten van Mourik since 2001 and has been working since 1992 as architect and researcher at the office. From 1989 to 1992 he was an independent architect, with his own office in Delft. From 1997 to 2003 he was a board member at Stawon, from 1999 to 2005 chairman at the Hague Architecture Café (HaAC) and since 1992 he has been a guest lecturer at the Academies of Architecture in Maastricht, Rotterdam and Amsterdam and at the Delft University of Technology in Delft. Piet Grouls graduated in 1989 from the Amsterdam School of the Arts (faculty of Architecture) and in 1983 at the Academy for Visual Arts in Maastricht (Interior department).

Jasper Spigt (1981) has been a board member since 2018 and has been working with architecten van Mourik since 2016. From 2013 to 2016 he was an independent architect with an office in Leiden. Before, he worked at several offices. Jasper Spigt graduated in 2009 with an honorable mention at the Delft University of Technology.

Peter Vermeulen (1948) has been associated with the office since 1977, and since 1988 as a member of the board. Previously he worked at Unesco. Peter graduated cum laude in 1974 at the faculty of architecture at the Delft University of Technology on an inner-city housing plan for the Boogjes in Dordrecht with Professor Aldo van Eyck. Peter has designed complex to very complex buildings, including the headquarters of Fortis in Utrecht (the current provincial government), the Shell Technology Center in Amsterdam, and the transformation and new construction of the Horst Complex of the University of Twente. Peter also acts as supervisor of the campus of this university.

Sjoerd Dantuma (1951) has been working with architecten van Mourik since 1975. Since 2001 he has been a member of the board. Sjoerd has broad experience with all types of construction projects including the restoration and extension of the Chamber of Commerce in the city center of Dordrecht, the renovation of office buildings Lange Vijverberg in The Hague, the IBM complex in Uithoorn, the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague. , the head office of the Swedish pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca and the renovations and extensions of the distillery Nolet in Schiedam. Sjoerd Dantuma also regularly acts as an independent advisor or managing director for large projects of third parties.
